In the library

There are many kinds of books in the library, everybody reads their book quietly. However, the man who is on the right in the picture is talking on the phone and drinking a cup of juice. A lady is standing up beside the man and talking to him, She says, “stop talking on the phone and keep quiet”. I think the man is impolite.
