New year resolution

I would like to be a manager of R&D in my company. First, I could communicate with my co-workers in oversea department with the latest technology, and realize our foreign customer's request. I have started the resolution to learn the foreign language, English. I will graduate from the LHU in June, 2011. I will keep studying hard and learning English. Second, I don’t want to waste my time anymore. For example, watching TV too much time and getting up late. Third, I wish I could study the professional chemistry for 2 hours in the library every day, and visit our customers to know what the new trend of PCB is and what they are thinking about. Finally, I will keep in touch with my co-workers. I need to write a letter or a card at special days. Letters are better than e-mails because they are real. If I have no much time to write letters, I will call them. I believe that I will do these points well next year.
